The mission of Kinetics of Success, is "Increasing workplace productivity". Kinetics of Success believes that the most important resource in any business is people and that includes the business owner and its employees. The key to any business growth is providing a supportive work environment for everyone in the organisation so that productive employees effortlessly propell the organisation towards growth. Kinetics of Success is a family owned business and was founded in 2016 by Kirti Dube with the soul purpose of solving some very common issues in an organisation from two aspects. One was to help employees deal with common issues related to work stress which in turn resulted in the second aspect which was to help the management level in increasing their profits by increasing productivity through staff engagement.Kirti, is a great presenter and has the analytical skills required to tailor make her Productivity Workshops to suit the organisation's specific needs. With her passion to help generate employee engagement in organisations and accumulative experience of over 25 years in various industries including Training, Education, Human Resources, Quality control, Sales and Event planning and coordinating, she is committed to give back to the community in this way. Kirti has a great understanding of various business activities and is helping businesses resolve some of the very common yet important underlying issues that otherwise has a negative impact on their company profits.
