King's College School, Wimbledon is renowned as one of the best schools in the world. Founded in 1829 by royal charter; it is an independent day school with over 1400 pupils including boys aged 7-18 and girls aged 16-18. In addition, it runs a pre-prep school, Wimbledon Common Preparatory School, on a nearby campus.King's College School has won many awards, been assessed as ‘excellent' in all areas in our last full ISI inspection and our students continuously gain access to the best universities, both in the UK and overseas.King's College School pride ourselves on developing an independent and enquiring mind and a love of learning in our students.
