Every day (except Sunday) CrossFit Kings Point holds group classes on the hour during these times. The group classes are lead by our experienced CrossFit trainers. They start off by taking the group through a thorough total body warm-up. This is followed by an explanation and demonstration of the skills asked to be performed in the upcoming "WOD" (Workout of the Day). The trainer will make sure the entire class is comfortable with all of the skills asked to be performed that day before moving on to the WOD.Once the group is confident in the exercises the WOD will begin with "3….2….1…..GO!" The WOD's usually last anywhere between 10-40 minutes and consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity with the assistance of our CrossFit Coaches. All workouts arescaled to individual fitness levels. This allows for anyone to complete the WOD regardless of age, weight, or size! You can chart your progress easily because the WOD is generally scored by time.
