The family-owned Kingston has its roots in agriculture, dating back to the 1970's when CEO, Dave Kingston, transformed the former Hurley Produce into a budding local success in the produce industry. Having been pioneers in the potato and onion industries ever since, Kingston has promoted progressive, safe farming methods while utilizing its multifaceted experience of hands-on commitment to grow and market exceptional quality produce around the world.Today, Kingston is a global operation made up of domestic and international farmer partnerships in Idaho, Washington, California, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Brazil and Peru. Kingston's strong farmer-partnerships utilize technological advances and generations of accumulated data to manage irrigation, pest management, soil fertility and seed selection. Harvesting, packing and food safety data are utilized in conjunction with the comprehensive marketing know how necessary to ensure that the products packed and delivered in every Kingston box are the best they can be.
