Founded by Kristen Brock who came to this work through her family's personal story of adopting through foster care, Kristen has a passion for supporting people who work with or come from traumatic backgrounds. She also has a passion for talking about how race and poverty can exacerbate these and other issues. Not considered to be fully "woke" Kristen shares her story and practical training primarily for "well-meaning but uninformed" people. She hopes to be able to change the world through story. Catering to non-profits, school districts, foster parents and other organizations Kristen can train staff teams or provide keynote messages to any sized group.
