We arrange for the filing of non-Swedish national patent applications through local associates around the globe and oversee the prosecution of patent applications to successful conclusion.We act in patent infringement negotiations and litigation, whether for patent proprietors or defendants. We work in close cooperation with legal counsels at selected IP law firms.
