Kiran Elite coaching offers an 8 week coaching program that takes people from feeling stressed, anxious and unproductive to happy, fulfilled and energized and excited to work with clear goals. The focus of the coaching is on identifying and letting go of limiting beliefs and limitations, how to block out the external noise and stress around us of politics, in the world and in the office, accepting the things we cannot control and focusing on what we can control to grow and develop as people and professionals. We bring a combination of life experience as well as professional certifications and education with extensive coaching experience in many different areas to get impactful results as quickly as possible, often noticing changes after just one session.We offer individual coaching, group coaching as well as presentations and speaking engagements on how to change negative feelings into positive.
