With over 13 years of industry experience, Rick has built his business with a commitment to integrity, customer service and community involvement. As a result, Kirby of Concord has been recognized as one of the top Kirby distributors for customer satisfaction, has been given an "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and has been one of the top 100 Kirby distributors in the world for six out of their seven years in business.In an effort to give back to their community, Kirby of Concord makes an annual donation to Jerry's Food Pantry in Rochester, NH – giving as many as 80 turkeys at Thanksgiving. Kirby of Concord also contributes to the Red Cross and is a member of Children International through which they sponsor two children from the Philippines.
