KCL is the one-stop-shop for all things IT related for our clients. We all know that every business needs IT in order to survive in the 21st centuary, but not all businesses know enough about it. This is where we come in. We are our clients first port of call for advice and/or services relating to IT. Due to the vast possibilities of any business system we recognise that we all have different IT requirements so we have broken down what we do into the following four main areas, for simplicity: IT TrainingThis could be 1:1, Group or Class based. We have a standard range of desktop applications (MS Office) that we are asked for as well as being able to create sessions for bespoke systems. IT SupportWe offer remote support (telephone or web based) or on-site support. Systems DevelopmentWe will project manage the full life cycle of a new IT system, and then support if afterwards if required. Business DevelopmentHere we get creative; websites, logos, graphics, leaflets or business cards are all things that we can design and deliver, but we also advise on social media and digital marketing strategies.Our staff are fully qualified and experienced. We have qualified teachers, lecturers, Microsoft Certified Professionals and Members of the British Computer Society on board.The Kirkpatrick family motto is "I mak siccar", Gaelic for "I make sure", and we apply this principle to everything we do so as to ensure that quality remains synonymous with our name.
