Kish Spanta International Investment Co. consists of 15 companies, 7 subgroups in Iran and 8 located all around the world. Main foundation of this organization was made by the group of domestic and foreign investors in United Arab Emirates in 2006 as a Headquarters and Service Company. Next step on that growing trend was a company which formed in Istanbul in 2007 and in a year after, 2008, Nivad Barzan Co. was registered in Tehran. All the registered company till that year mainly were focused on selling imported ironware from Ukraine, Russia and factories such as Arcelor Mittal and lllich which that trade has been one of our main activities till this day. Kish Spanta International Investment Co. as the name implies, was formed in Kish Island in 2009 with purpose of securing financial sources of our subgroups, investing in mainly short and mid-term business projects and also economic and financial analyzing our various plans which in order to achieve the segoals, we succeeded in obtaining ISO9001 and investment advisor and monitoring plans firm certificates.
