Kisling Consultants, LLC is focused on dramatically increasing the capacity and lowering the lead time of manufacturers and repair vendors in highly engineered industrial products businesses. Drawing from a network of experience and industry consultants, Kisling Consultants develops effective Lean Six Sigma programs that lead to client self-sufficiency and successfully executes all elements of these programs. Services include training employees, coaching program managers and executives, and facilitating large Kaizen events. The resulting Lean Production can quickly and easily be scaled to meet changing capacity demands, and the resultant shorter lead times can lead to increased market share. Scott Kisling established the firm after 27 years with General Electric, where he led a number of initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, Digitization and WorkOut as a certified Lean Leader, Black Belt and ASQ Certified Quality Manager. He developed a number of Lean and Six Sigma techniques during his time with GE and proved them by holding positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, including the turnaround of a $12MM industrial repair facility and the integration of several acquisitions. Scott has led Lean Events in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.
