Kisumu Youth Football Association Details
Kisumu Youth Football Association (KYFA) uses football competitions and training of youth coaches to help vulnerable children and youth living in Kisumu, Western Kenya, to grow up as contributing members of society.\\KYFA actively involves local communities in organising annual football competitions. In the season 08/09 more than 15 leagues were rolled out for over 3000 children (boys and girls)in the age categories Under 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18. \\KYFA recognises the street football teams as an avenue of and their leaders as agents for youth development. To improve and strengthen their skills, KYFA offers various training programmes and services.
