Kith & Kin is a FREE online community for the hospitality industry.Our participants range from owner-operators to suppliers, support services, executives, charities, managers, directors, chefs, and bar staff.No matter your position or experience within the industry (or even outside) the only criteria for joining with us is that you are passionate about the industry and enthusiastic about finding out more and sharing ideas with a wide ‘network' of others from across the UK.Our only aim is to share ideas, support one another, give advice, gain inspiration and perhaps find collaborators. Every week we host an event from the informal ‘conversations' to feedback sessions with policy-makers and a bi-monthly Symposium offering. The best thing about Kith & Kin is that we keep growing, with a wide a diverse base of experience, expertise and opinion. We hope you join us soon.Kith & Kin ConversationEach session 4 - 24 join us for an hour-long conversation, there is no agenda, just like a meet-up in the pub the conversations are driven by the participants. Whatever is going on in the world of hospitality, interesting questions, business challenges, future predictions, concept ideas. Every conversation is informal and led by the participants all we ask is that you come prepared to be supportive; if you have something to add to the conversation then please do but, for those not so sure, it is also fine to be quieter. It is also fine to have no ‘issue' of your own, you are more than welcome to just come along to support others, meet new people and get new ideas - there is no pressure. After an initial introduction, conversations are informal and led by the participants and so every conversation will be different.There is no selling or promotion allowed and all contributors have been vetted by us before
