Most of deaf people are discriminated in schools , universities and even at work because most people don't use the same language as them, in this case, sign language. The problem is that friends, families and people related to deaf people, don't have enough time to attend an institution, in order to learn sign language, or simply they don't want to incur to additional costs and pay for it. In many countries, the lack of interactive material for learning sign language is what creates a barrier between the deaf and the ones who can hear. Community don't have CD s or dictionaries, for making independent learning easier. But there is another problem, when people have the material, they wish to have a personal interpreter that will correct them so they can have feedback if what they are learning is correct. In the world exists around 360 millions of deaf people. With a simple multiplication, we can increment significantly the millions of people that will be interested in learning to communicate with them. If each of them at least interact with 4 more people, there will be 1,440 millions of people interested in learning and practicing sign language. We want to brake that barrier of communication and provide all the material that people need so excuses don't exist for learning sign language. We want to facilitate the inclusion of deaf people to society, because communication is how we humans understand, interact, express with each other.Kitsord gives the opportunity to all people related to deaf, to learn sign language in an interactive, comfortable and accessible way without paying, giving them all the tools for learning the essential to establish a good communication and overpassing the problem of communication.
