Klaris is a countertop technology that makes four, crystal-clear 2" craft ice cubes per cycle. It uses water straight from the faucet and provides a dedicated space for ice making, leaving your freezer open for food. Klaris uses directional freezing to crystallize water from the bottom up and push gases, minerals and other impurities to the surface, resulting in a stunningly transparent ice cube. Klaris has a "press play and walk away" workflow, enabling the freezing process to run without supervision and holding the ice's shape and clarity until the user returns. As a dedicated ice maker, it reduces the standard 18-32 hour freeze time to 6-8 hours, making it possible to craft 8-12 cubes per day. We encourage you to check out our "How it Works" section on craftklaris.com for a step-by-step diagram.
