He played various roles right from Project Manager, Release Manager, Global Program Manager, Transition & Transformation Manager, Vendor Manager, Senior IT Manager, Sr. Delivery Manager, India Delivery Project Executive & SPOC to the Practice Area Lead and People Manager etc., He understand the nuances and criticality of delivery in each of these roles that he played.He worked in organizations like TCS, HP, IBM, CATERPILLAR and handled clients from varied industries like Delphi Automotive, TVS Electronics, UCB Pharma, Shell Petroleum, British Petroleum, Mondi Packaging, KPMG, Walmart, Bosch, Philips.And thus, he understand the importance of deploying the right resources at the right time and at right cost to the clients for the overall success of any project/program.
