K&M Communications Services was launched to help customers seamlessly and cost-effectively maintain their legacy in-building wireless systems – allowing customers to replace their equipment on their own terms. For 30 years customers have embraced the use of in-building wireless technologies for secure, clear communications throughout their sites. Since the deployment of the first 900 MHz systems; hospitals, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and retail businesses have been addressing their communication needs with these wireless devices. These legacy networks are now being obsoleted and abandoned by their manufacturers, and customers are being forced to sink massive capital expense into upgrading their systems. At K&M, our philosophy is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"K&M has identified solutions for the "end of life" process for the in-building wireless space. These devices & networks still have plenty of working life left and in many cases, customers prefer using them. These customers are anxious and dismayed with the investment of time, money, development, and training required to upgrade these systems. Many businesses are working with reduced staff and onboarding new equipment is one more thing they don't need to manage.
