KMG Agency was established by Katie-Marie Goodwright to enable camera operators and assistants to focus more on the job they love, and less on the admin that comes with it. Providing the best crew to production is vital, offering around the clock availability so that queries and paper work can be taken care of almost immediately. Bridging the gap between production and freelancer benefits both sides by reducing work load and increasing productivity.Katie previously worked as Operations Manager at Esprit Film and Television, and continues to work very closely with them.
