KMS Urban Planning Consulting Engineering company was established in 2006 with the aim of preparing urban and regional development plans by a number of graduates in the fields of urban and regional planning, civil engineering, architecture and sociology. In 2010, it succeeded in obtaining the Qualification Certificate of Urban Planning Consulting services, and in 2017, it succeeded in obtaining the Qualification Certificate of Geographic studies and spatial planning Consulting services from Planning and Budget Organization (PBO). Also in 2020 it succeeded in obtaining the Qualification Certificate of Management System in Urban Engineering Consulting Services (ISO 9001:2015) from Quality Assessment LIAIn these years, KMS Urban Planning Consulting Engineering company has been involved in:1- urban planning and preparation of urban development plans, including a comprehensive plan, detailed plan, urban master plan, Land development plan and special detailed plan, urban renewal plan and urban regeneration plan for deteriorated urban areas;2- urban design and preparation of design plans for Urban spaces;3- regional planning and preparation of regional development plans such as rural network plan and rural economic development plan 4- rural planning and preparation of rural development plan;5- Providing expert consulting on locating activities and building high-rise buildings to investors and clients.Sustainability, partnership, strategic thinking and creativity are the four basic principles in our designing, solutions and planning.
