KMT was founded in 2009 by Tomasz Klimczak. Our innovative and dynamic approach results in a broad portfolio of completed, interesting construction projects, which we are proud to present – located in Poland as well as abroad. Designing building constructions is the core of our activity. We also provide quality assurance on site. Since 2012 we team-up with experienced electrical and sanitary installation designers – providing complete engineering design service. Our designs are appreciated for economical as well as environmentally friendly use of materials. Because of the complexity of architects` work and the respect for their freedom we focus on the most important parts of the design. Our dedicated, multi-craft project management outputs an internally consistent construction+installation design package. Relations with investors are based on positive pro-activeness.
