Knauf Digital was founded in 2018 to spearhead business transformation through digital within Knauf globally and to support Knauf's ambition to become the digital leader in the global building materials industry. The Chicago Hub is the execution team of Knauf Digital in North America for digital initiatives, serving Knauf Insulation North America and USG. Our team is made up of professionals with diverse digital capabilities, from digital consultant to solution architect. Digital initiatives from the Knauf businesses are steered through an iterative development process. The model is built on the principles of understanding trends in the market through research and building market intelligence, framing customer pain points, and iteratively developing ways to address problems. This model enables us to address important issues through quick, affordable methods to incubate and test solutions.
