Kodiak Group Holdings Co. is now owned by Williamson-Dickie MFG Co., also known as Dickies Workwear. Before being acquired by Dickies, Kodiak purchased Terra Footwear and ISECO, which runs the Work Authority retail stores. Now Kodiak Group Holdings Co. supplies footwear to retailers in North America and Europe, in addition to running the Work Authority stores. History of Kodiak: Canada's First Trusted Name in Footwear" Dating back to 1912 it was the Greb family from Kitchener, Ontario that began the Kodiak journey with the first giant step; a boot designed to help Canadians brave the harsh climates and conditions they faced everyday.
