"Kogorta" was founded in 2008 as a legal entity called "Legal Softwave". "Kogorta" is our new brand and a trademark since January 1st 2015.The idea of our company was to create a unique organization on the Russian IT market which should help business society with variety of questions related to SW selection and optimization, SW purchasing and smart SW management. In fact we are dealing with all kind of tasks in the area of legal licensed SW for business, such as:- SW selection, decisions on which particular SW product would better fit to the concrete task which a customer needs to solve;- Delivery on a turnkey basis of any kind of SW, from world's leaders products (we are premium/top level status partners of Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Autodesk, Adobe and others ) to the niche specialized and exotic products;- Perform complex delivery of exclusive and non-exclusive rights to SW developers for ISV's products (from India, Australia and many other countries);- Consulting in the area of costs optimization for SW products (e.g. review of Microsoft complex enterprise contracts or joint participation in negotiations with big enterprises and SW vendors to come up with an optimal integrated licensing solution); - Consulting and support in the area of accounting and legal questions and providing solutions to customer's complex tasks and problems
