Kolor is one of the coolest new places in Budapest, located on the Király utca side of Gozsdu Court. Part of a wave of exciting new bars in town, Kolor is a new player in the epicenter of Pest's nightlife, offering a wide selection of drinks, funky foods day and night, vibrant colors, and redesigned ‘fruit stickers' on everything. With space for 800, the bar / club / restaurant lives up to its name in the cozy interior, gastronomy, and in organized events, from special venues like a ferryboat on the Danube, the Honvéd horse riding center, a famous quarry, and the Budaörs Airport, to the on-the-spot parties. As an umbrella brand, Kolor has a mission in local and global culture, and operates with several projects week by week. Kolor has 2 TED inspired conference lines, the Vírus Klub and Vírus Pszicho, a weekly film club for film buffs, an events line for bi-national persons named "I'm a Kombo", and a monthly thematic, compact presentation event called Zip to highlight knowledge, youth, and urban coolness with topics such as hip-hop culture, copying, and so on. A hip crowd, trendy DJs and wild urban sounds: Kolor is Budapest's hit bar of the moment, so if you love the underground-easy vibe, it is the place to be in the city. Briefly, put your favourite Tee and your (old) Converse sneakers on and just get down and talk to everybody. It's traveller-friendly.
