Kondial Kel International (Formerly known as South Sudan READS) 501(c)3. Our mission is to improve lives through education & community-related activities, programs, and learning centers. We engage, empower, build, develop and connect locally and globally.PURPOSE STATEMENT: Our purpose is to promote education, peace, and reconciliation which enhances the capacity for people to improve quality of life, increase resilience, and build community.What We Do: Promote peace-building and social cohesion initiative in collaboration with localgovernment administrators, youth leaders, chiefs, and community elders in South Sudan. -Facilitate peace-building and social cohesion advocacy campaigns among new American communities both in the US and South Sudan -Provide leadership training in peace-building, conflict resolution and reconciliation for community leaders among Communities both aboard and South Sudan. - Facilitate experiential learning with other community leaders from various ethnicities in the United States and South Sudan.Promote mental health and wellness among youth and their families -Facilitate mental health community advocacy and awareness campaigns & workshops -Provide mentorship and support for character development among youth Promote financial inclusion and wellbeing for South Sudanese women both aboard and South Sudan -Facilitate entrepreneurship and financial management skills training. -Provide seed-funding/loan to five graduates to set up small scale businesses for example, a daycare business.Adult Literacy Programs that Change Lives -Helping adults gain literacy skills helps reduce poverty, improve public health, and advance human rights around the worldWelcome and follow us and also, please share our page with your friends and colleagues.Thank you, Nyamal Dei, MPHGlobal Ambassador and Country Representative for Every Girl Wins Institute South Sudan
