Our service package includes a full diagnostic check, removal of unwanted programs and files, (or a complete disc format and re-installation), an internal and external valet , installation of antivirus software. This service is carried out at your home at a time to suit you. We can carry out a service on one device for £50 (4 hours) or on up to five devices at the same time for £100 (8 hours)Konnectiv-IT provides a range of professional IT support services including: equipment purchasing guidance, service support, maintenance, upgrades and repairs to home and office computers, laptops, printers and networks seven days a week at very affordable prices.Konnectiv-IT provides affordable computer user training. If you've never used a computer or laptop before, instructional training can be provided on how to use the computer, surf the internet and send emails in one hour sessions. For advanced application users, training can be given for Microsoft Office and Adobe Design.
