Konsil LSM Indonesia (Indonesia NGO Council) is the National NGO that works for the accountability of NGO in Indonesia. Currently Konsil LSM has 105 members across 19 provinces in Indonesia. Konsil LSM Indonesia also do the assessment of accountability for the member and have the code of ethic that should be followed by the member. Vision To build a robust and dynamic existence for NGOs where these institutions can work within a free and democratic political and legal environment based on the rule of law, and capable of practicing accountability principles and mechanisms; for the purpose of building public trust and support towards civil society organizations. Mission 1. To build the awareness and capacity of NGOs in applying the principles of good governance and accountability mechanisms. 2. To promote the creation of a political and legal environment and governance structure conducive for the growth and development of healthy and accountable NGOs. 3. To promote social transformations in order to create a robust civil society.
