UAB "Konstruktorių cechas" is a specialized design company, that carries out the structural part and authorial supervision of public, industrial, administrative and other building projects.\\The company UAB "Konstruktorių cechas" was registered in 1999, but its roots begin with an individual company called "Virdana" which was founded by Virginijus Gervė in 1993 and at that time the main principles of company's practice were formed. It was the time when the best forms of cooperation with architects, clients and contractors were established and the directions of professional activity settled.\\Our customers are design firms, construction companies or direct builders.\\UAB "Konstruktorių cechas" became one of the first companies in Lithuania to specialize in a narrow building structure design niche and up to this day hasn't expanded to any other practices.\\In time only the volume of work completion was growing, our specialists were improving while boldly taking up increasingly challenging projects and the number of employees grew. At this time there are 40 structural engineers working for the company of which 18 have the certificate of project part supervision.\\Since the day our company was established our specialists have designed more than 500 objects of varying difficulty. These objects include: shopping centers, administrative, industrial, public buildings, hotels, churches, sports complexes, many-storied living building, multi-dwelling buildings, storehouses, auto service shops, banks and etc.\\Company‘s mission and goals – preparation and overall improvement of our structural engineers so they can achieve proper orientation in the diversity of modern building materials and structural systems also making them competent assistants for architects, that could work creatively and apprehend the value of given tasks, that could be proud of the buildings designed by them and their colleagues.
