Koru Health provides, through a network of associates consultancy services to the NHS and its supplier community. An ideal associate for us would have a hybrid clinical and information background with experience of working in both health or social care delivery and the commercial sector either at an IT vendor or a system integrator or both. We specialise in strategy and the application of wider health policy to information management and technology to enable our clients to target their investment in the areas which will deliver the greatest benefits. We provide support to the full system life cycle from architecting solutions, through procurement or system design, build and test, all the way to the change management which will be required to achieve successful adoption.We have experience of successfully delivering projects across primary and secondary care and more recently involving local government.
