Sponsors:Prior to study conduct, KPSC can save time, money, and headaches by helping the outsourcing/procurement team choose an effective partner by refining the current request for proposal (RFP) material or developing RFP material from scratch - including designing or updating a customized budget grid. KPSC can also design a customized budget grid to help facilitate receipt of more comparable estimates in a consistent, contract-ready budget format. Both will help the team more efficiently review, analyze, and select the right partner for the project.During study conduct, KPSC can provide financial and contractual oversight of vendors by collaborating with internal operational leadership to gain a current understanding of study status to lead/support review and negotiation of vendor change orders (COs).CROs:KPSC offers two service options for CROs: process & tool development and deliverable support. For process & tool development, KPSC can develop customized processes and tools required to efficiently and effectively support proposal and/or CO delivery. KPSC can also offer an experienced leader to drive development of proposals and/or COs during times of peak volume. When the team is caught up, KPSC comes off the books and remains at the ready for future engagements.
