Krav Maga is the most practical self-defense system and is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli military. Krav Maga combines the most effective techniques from various fighting disciplines, and creates a practical street-fighting style known for its brutal counterattacks. Due to its efficiency in real-world situations and short learning curve, it has been adopted by many law enforcement agencies around the world and has become very popular amongst civilians.KravZone was founded by Shlomi Katz, former Head of combat training in the LOTAR – the Israeli Counter Terror Unit. KravZone's main instructors were fighters and instructors in the Israeli special forces and have been training civilians and law enforcement agencies for many years.Shlomi Katz is the official representative of the Wingate Institute (Israel's National Center for Physical Education and Sports) in the United States.KravZone dojo is located in Sunnyvale California and provides group classes, private classes and corporate workshops in the Silicon Valley.
