We started relatively small some two decades ago but today, Krisoral Group consists of four distinct subsidiaries: Eastern Distilleries & Food Industries Limited, Krisoral & Company Limited, Krisoral-Agro Allied Company Limited and Liquid & Life Chemicals Limited.Through these subsidiaries, we engage in processing and packaging of spirits and wines, manufacturing of HDPE and ROPP caps, PET Preforms and PET Bottles, farming, and storage respectively. Apart from servicing external customers, the subsidiaries support one another through a business model known as backward integration -- a system of synergised operations which many find difficult and complicated but which we have harnessed to become successful and rewarding.
