Our founder and CEO Kristian Ardeljan was working as dispatcher for other companies before, where he learned the job and where he saw and realised the issues and the negativity in this business. So as every problem solver he started to look for solutions for everything that may come up as a problem in trucking industry.Business model was born at the beginning of 2019 when the rates for trucks in US were started to go down. Now we are dispatching certain numbers of drivers and how our crew is growing we are getting new open spots for new trucks. We are helping small carriers and owner operators to grow their business with analysing their expenses and costs of running a trucking company and then we are implementing a solution in routing and operations.We are a dispatching and compliance service. We are booking loads on spot market and also we are using customers for carriers which are willing to commit to a long term agreements between direct customers and carriers. Currently we have VAN's, Open decks, Reefers, Power only trucks and a car haulers.Here in Kristian Logistics LLC we are very realistic and we cannot promise you a fortune but we can definitely promise you extreme effort in finding and booking best possible loads, high level of communication, getting detentions and layovers, rebooking loads two or 3 times a day if necessary due to truck being late or any other reason, weekly monthly and quarterly planning, taking drivers where they need to go over week or every weekend home.
