She interviewed powerful global CEOs and elite Hollywood stars, daring entrepreneurs and resilient military wives. She sat among executives in action, aside celebrities on runways and with agonized mothers in hospitals, searching for intrigue, for inspiration, for truth, for soul.Kristy spent years as a reporter for The Columbus Dispatch, where she was honored by the Associated Press as the state's best features writer. When The Dispatch Printing Company launched its first glossy magazine, Capital Style, it appointed her editor of the publication, which eventually was named best magazine in Ohio. Kristy also wrote for The State Journal-Register in Springfield, Ill. and The Daily Sentinel in Grand Junction, Colo. She has a master's degree in Public Affairs Reporting and bachelor's degree in English/Journalism.
