The Kriti group of companies began as an ordinary enterprise by Shri Arvind and Shri Dhananjay who established a bookstore named Universal Books in 1992 in a rented premises with an unsecured loan and borrowed capital; this soon grew into a major retail business of text books and stationery catering to the needs of many prestigious schools in the city as well as in entire India. Kriti Group of Companies is now poised to become International Educational Service Provider. With capabilities to produce, publish, distribute educational material through the print media, the group is looking for opportunities to cater to International markets in Africa, Asia and Europe. On the other hand, the group is also focusing to provide ERP and LMS solutions to schools and educational institutions worldwide.
