KTroo™ is a physical activity on rebound boots. It is easy to pick up & requires no previous knowledge or skill. The rebound boots we use are low impact & absorb up to 80% of impact.The KTroo Team loves to support festivals & bespoke events with our unique workshops & drop-in & bounce zones. The Team also prides itself in its work within the community; working with local schools, councils & organisations. We have been gratefully supported by some of the most recognised organisations in the UK including Santander, Sport England & The UK National Lottery. We have received recognition from Sport England also as a ‘Regional Sportivate Project of the Year' which used funding to engage with inactive young women, a typically hard to reach demographic.Exercise can help us feel happier, more confident & is proven to have positive impacts on behaviour, concentration, learning & self esteem. KTroo is on a mission to show people that exercise can be fun!Our KTroo Instructors run weekly fitness classes for our ever growing community of adult bouncers, as well as sessions & parties for children.We run a successful schools programme called ‘Bounce & Laugh For A Healthier Heart', which provides a unique way to get even the most inactive children excited about getting moving. All of our sessions are tailored accordingly using child friendly music & routines, as well as games & activities. Our KTroo Clubs offer parents & guardians an invaluable service before, during & after school, as well as during holiday periods (ages 6+). We also believe that laughter plays a huge & understated role in health & wellbeing, so no matter the type of KTroo session or event, we make sure everyone gets smiling & laughing.Music is really important to us & the KTroo playlist is an awesome fusion of chart hits & the most exotic international tunes from Africa to Latin America & The Caribbean. It is sure to put a spring in your step!
