We, Julia and Patrick are the heart of Kuhlinarik. The awareness and appreciation for good and high-quality food, for transparency and animal welfare has moved us to found Kuhlinarik. The goal of our concept is to offer people what many increasingly miss: A way to know again where their meat on their plate comes from and to know the hands of those who produced and processed what they eat. Not to forget, but to know that this meat comes from a species-appropriate animal husbandry. This is exactly what inspires us in our work. Kuhlinarik finds its origin on the farm Au am Astberg in Going am Wilden Kaiser from the Unterrader family, who has been farming here for 100 years. Important themes that have been passed down through the generations are: Respect for nature, the conscious use of resources and sustainability.
