At Kunda Arts Collective, our goal is to promote sustainable development in Rwanda through partnering with local artists and investing in their communities.We work with talented Rwandan artists to provide a platform for them to share their artwork and creations, expand past their borders, and retain a sustainable income. We support both them directly and the collaboration between them to foster the artistic community and develop the sector in Rwanda.Kunda Arts Collective was founded by both business experts and multidisciplinary artists in different creative industries who identified the need for greater solidarity between Rwandan artists. In a region where the notion of art as a means of making a living is not widespread, theseartists created a platform, which represents the arts community as a whole. In this, they aim to reinforce the concept of art as a form of business, a linking element in society, and a cultural asset.
