We are a yoga community dedicated to the instruction of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Although we are a new studio, our intention is to develop weekly classes and special events that allow students greater access to the depth of Kundalini teachings available including meditation, mantra, mudra, and other yogic technologies. Please browse our offerings, let us know what you think, stay-tuned for early morning sadhana, and a more extensive schedule in 2011.Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan strengthens the body inside and out and includes meditation to clear and focus the mind. Kundalini Yoga is designed to give you the energy & support that you need in a very short time period. It is a form of yoga that is accessible to all and beginners are always welcome. Kundalini Yoga works very quickly to shift the energy and body systems (on the order of 2-3 minutes, in some exercises) so that you cultivate within yourself the sustenance and inspiration that you need to fulfill the other areas of your life. Each class is focused on developing resilient body systems and mental capacities through the combination of breath, movement, posture, and mantra. Classes are in session and we welcome you to join us. We have regular weekly classes and guest teachers offering Seminars.
