At Kundu Consultancy, our core business is providing expert guidance and turnkey solutions to resource development stakeholders- small and large companies, landowner and state/ statutory entities. We will look after your stakeholder engagement needs and assist you in the task of managing stakeholder expectations, including implementation and training in grievance mechanism systems. We will write and negotiate your land compensation agreements, compile your tenement applications' and generally guide you through the necessary processes.We focus on the essential communications and legal requirements to assist each stakeholder group develop stable and long-lasting beneficial relationships.We have extensive experience dealing with the sometimes complex and challenging situations of opening negotiations with stakeholders.Our consultants all have an in depth knowledge and understanding of the needs and aspirations of the key stakeholders of community, government and the resource developer and seek win win outcomes that satisfy the needs of each party to the development. In particular communities want to participate in the development on their land and Kundu will investigate, assess and recommend how this can be achieved without compromising other parties interests.We offer ourselves as either a long term partnership on a contractual basis, or as a short term needs only group of consultants.
