Lenhua Cientao expresses the concept of "middle ground". The term Lenhua Cientao indicates the encounter between the spiritual and the practical aspects of martial art. This gives practitioners great inner strength, which allows them to grow their individuality even in the most difficult conditions. Lotus Flower Metaphor The Lenhua Cientao martial arts school is inspired by the Lotus Flower metaphor: this flower, although it grows in dirty water and mud, is always beautiful, with its own identity (similarly we, despite the difficulties, we try to grow at best). Moreover, despite being placed on the water and suffering the rain, it always remains dry (so we, without being hindered by the outside world, try to remain fixed in our intentions and objectives). The most extraordinary thing, however, is that this flower has in it, at the same time, the seeds and the fruits (like us, that inside we have the seeds to become good people; it is only to us, and to our actions, to make it become these beautiful fruit seeds).
