A Saké and Beer Brewery in San Marcos, CA.We make beer primarily for our own tasting room and we make saké for on-site tasting and also for distribution to local restaurants, pubs, etc. The saké is freshly made and can be purchased un-pasteurized for consumption within a month or two or pasteurized for longer storage before opening. Beer is available, saké is brewing and will be available in April.Our most popular beers are the Kuracali Mellow Brown and the Anecdotalist Amber Ale.We are open Thursday 5-9pm, Friday 4-9pm and Saturday 1-9pm.
