"Ghete & Sakhtemane Kurt Co." was founded in 2004 with the aim of improving the quality of national constructions using innovative technologies. Its board of directors consists of Civil Engineers with more than 30 years of experience. Considering the country's need for affordable dwelling optimum construction time and efficient energy consumption, the research and development section performed thorough and detailed research on industrial construction systems employed in developed countries. After ensuring the board of directors about the feasibility of nationalizing the technology, the aforementioned process concluded line was fully developed by 2005. Trial production and training of employees were carried out by German Engineers and concluded in 2005. Afterward, the factory initiated the mass production process, in 2006, after many months of research and collaboration with the ministry of "House and building", "Ghete va Sakhtemane Kurt Co."Obtained the technical certificate from the aforementioned institute. BY the end of 2013, after years of collaboration with national manufacturers and contractors "Ghete va Sakhtemane Kurt Co." has built more than 10000 apartment units. Due to our practical and scientific knowledge obtained after the construction of 1 million square meters we can proudly claim our capability for providing the necessary technology for projects developed nationally or in the neighboring countries.
