We were founded to ignite creativity and build communities using the wisdom, knowledge, resources, and skills of our community. We strive to work collaboratively and creatively with organizations and individuals to bring about beneficial and substantial social and economic change for the community. Our logo includes the Ananse Ntontan, an Adinkra Symbol of wisdom, creativity, and complexities of life. Kuumba Collective understands the complexities of an entrepreneur's, a business owner's, and a non-profit leader's life and aims to bring creativity to the organizational forefront while fostering and elevating the collective. Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in training & facilitation; program development, and management.
