I am a problem solver, advisor and coach helping businesses and individuals with management and organization challenges. My work is organized around 3 audiences:• Companies without a senior HR leader (primary area of focus): Often on retainer as a virtual on-call Executive HR Business Partner "in residence," I advise leaders on matters ranging from organizational restructuring, growth planning, hiring, terminations, pay/reward strategies, promotion decisions, team effectiveness, culture and performance.• Companies with a senior HR leader: Key deputy to CHROs on projects such as design and delivery of manager training and development, revamp of pay and performance strategy and programs, and providing part time Exec HRBP vacancy support.• Individuals in need of coaching + HR advice: When faced with a people problem at work, I help professionals in need of a trusted thought partner address and resolve their challenge- creating options, making recommendations, and if desired, ensuring effective communication by providing talking points and/or edits to proposed emails to one's manager or employee.
