Brendan has been involved in over 250 commercial developments and investigations from coast-to-coast in both design and project management capacities. Brandon Couldrey, P.Eng., LEED AP, Design Manager has been involved in the detailed engineering design and project management of retail developments across Canada. He understands the importance of delivering projects on time and on budget and takes pride in his experience working with some of the largest commercial developers in the country. Carlo Del Buono, P. Eng., LEED AP is a project manager and designer with experience in low to high rise residential developments and commercial developments across Canada. He has completed numerous functional servicing reports for high-rise developments and specializes in providing servicing solutions to support intensification developments in the GTA. Bailie Paplinskie has over 6 years of experience in contract administration, project management, and detailed design of site development projects across the country. Bailie takes pride in ensuring field construction is carried out to meet client, municipal and provincial standards. KWA will provide expertise at Site Screening, Due Diligence, Design, Permitting and Contract Administration stages of a project.
