Inspired by a deep love for South African culture and the Performing Arts, Kyle Khaya is an innovative full-service company that is fuelled by Mervyn Kyle Bartholomew's vision for a holistic theatre experience.Although Mervyn's childhood dream was to become an entertainer, he quickly realised the importance of understanding the performance industry from multiple perspectives. This is why he has spent invaluable hours sweating both on and off stage; testing out a range of roles and responsibilities, without hesitating to accept new opportunities.In 2015 Mervyn graduated from Oakfields College with a National Diploma in Musical Theatre, and a year later, obtained certificates in Sports Massage Therapy and Indoor Pyrotechnics. He has travelled across the country as a member of numerous casts and crews, striving to acquire new skills that will help him become a well-rounded entrepreneurial artist. An amalgamation of our founder's second name and ikhaya: the isiZulu and isiXhosa word for ‘home', Kyle Khaya is the perfect balance between diversity and stability. We exist to offer clients professional physical, creative, and technical solutions to their performance and production needs.
