Based in Knightsbridge, KYN founded in 2019 as a new concept, developing ultra high-end care homes imbued with love, having the ambition to elevate the care home experience from ordinary to extraordinary. The KYN Executive Team are highly experienced, passionate and driven. The team have successfully procured sites in some of the most prestigious locations across the capital and the South East. Developments will range from renovations of beautiful listed buildings, through to wonderful new buildings, designed by acclaimed architects Ben Pentreath and Carless Adams. KYN have the capability, capital and desire to build a substantial company in the coming years. In this first phase of the development, KYN has total funding in excess of a quarter of a billion pounds to deliver this new and unique concept. Care will be delivered by a hand-picked team, redefining the entire care home experience, while striving to make every moment as enjoyable as possible for every resident. The sense of extraordinary will unfold from the moment you step inside a KYN home, with each of our developments set in striking architectural spaces and featuring The Great Room with marble topped bar, hosted by our in-house mixologist, who will be creating a vast array of delicious and thirst quenching drinks to suit any palate. Resident's and their guests will also be welcome to enjoy a fine dining experience led by our Michelin trained chef. Whether organising a trip to the theatre in our private chauffeur driven luxury car or having a therapy in our KYTH Spa, our concierge will be on hand for your every need. Every interaction at KYN will be imbued with love. Stunning interiors created by internationally-renowned interior designer Nina Campbell, complemented by beautiful artwork curated by Adam Ellis, our bespoke libraries, brimming with exceptional novels and literature sourced from Heywood Hill of Mayfair, curators to HM The Queen.
