Education Management - , Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam
Kynda's origins trace to 2003, when we joined in launching Korea's first educational consultancy in Seoul's Gang-nam district. We pioneered a novel, client-centered approach throughtout high school and the colledge admissions process, developing meaning learning trajectories based on each student's unique needs. We feel privileged to have guided over a thousand students in their pursuit of contentment and success at the world's top colleges and universities. The experience has granted us particular insights into the challenges of learning and motivation faced by students from Asian contexts: families, schools, and geographical environments.Asian environments undeniably foster advantageous character traits and abilities. The strong work ethic, impressive quantitative skill set, and academic spirit of students from Asia are the envy of the world. Yet, characteristics that often arise within these contexts pose headwinds to students aiming for elite Western universities. Top universities want independent, inovative thinkers. In our experience, young students from Asia benefit greatly from short-term interventions designed specifically to foster this sort of cognition, as they then put forth achievements and abilities that are highly attractive to the world's top colleges and universities. The transition from primary to secondary school is a crucial stage of development, in term of both cognition and self-perception. We have designed this program specifically for children of this age, to address the afore-mentioned limiting characteristics. Through inovaots Camp, children can construct a foundation of self- confidence, motivation, and awareness that will serve them throughout high school, college, and beyond.
