Created in 1982, La Baguette & l'Echalote, a division of BLE Bakery Ltd, has become a landmark in the Vancouver foodies' landscape. A tragic fire in 2014 obliged us to close down our retail location on Granville Island, but that was not the end of us. We have re-focused our efforts to become the main contender in the wholesale supply of quality breads in Vancouver.
